Getting my DMCS Hospital Passport and Emergency Card I have always felt anxious when visiting the hospital, GP appointments or emergencies due to my deafness. Then I I found the DMCS Hospital Passport and Emergency Card and now the doctor/nurse/paramedic know my information and how I communicate.

Using the Hospital Passport and Emergency card has been a positive experience.
